Is it a week before payday and you don?t know what to make for dinner? Here?s an economical recipe that?s full of flavor, but not full of cost. It?s one of those recipes you can change to suit your family?s taste buds.

Ingredients
16 jumbo shells
1 cup plain bread crumbs
3 tablespoons dried parsley
1 can 10.5 oz. cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 large egg
1 can 6 oz. tuna in spring water
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion,cut tips off
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. In large saucepan cook pasta shells according to package directions.
3. After draining tuna mix together egg, breadcrumbs, onions, parsley, and lemon juice, in a large bowl.
4. Drain cooked pasta and rinse in cold water; fill each shell with tuna mixture and place into greased 11×7 baking dish.
5. Mix soup with milk on low heat in a small saucepan until heated thoroughly and pour it over shells and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
Tips: Serve with a side of peas and you’ve got a protein, starch, and vegetable.
