Paste cu ciuperci la cuptor

Ceva usor, cremos si fara carne :).  Pastele cu ciuperci le prefer oricand si cum am primit de la soacra-mea hribe de plop am executat reteta asta preluata de pe gotvim-domo.ru. 

Ingrediente:
400 g ciuperci
400 g paste scoica mari ( eu nu am gasit decat mici asa ca am folosit fusilli)
1 ceapa potrivita
350 g branza ( cas sau cascaval)
Pentru sos bechamel:
300 ml lapte
80g unt
1 lingura cu varf de faina
sare, piper, verdeata tocata

Preincalzim cuptorul la 180 de grade . Fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe ambalaj, apoi le scurgem si le lasam deoparte. Ciupercile se taie marunt , ceapa se toaca. Incingem putin unt intr-o tigaie adaugam ceapa , o calim cateva minute si apoi adaugam ciupercile.

Lasam sa se prajeasca la foc mic cu capac. La sfarsit condimentam cu sare si piper.
Intr-o craticioara topim untul , adaugam faina , amestecam bine si adaugam treptat laptele amestecand mereu sa nu se faca cocoloase. Nu am putut poza ca la sosul asta trebuie sa te misti repede :). La sfarsit adaugam patrunjel tocat.
Punem intr-un vas termorezistent jumatate din paste, apoi ciupercile,

150 g branza rasa ,

restul de paste, turnam sosul bechamel deasupra

si dam la cuptor pentru 15 minute.(Daca folositi scoici mari, le umpleti cu amestecul de ciuperci si deasupra turnati sosul bechamel).
Scoatem vasul de la cuptor presaram restul de branza rasa si mai coacem inca 10 minute.

Pot sa spun ca sunt delicioase , nu am mai avut rabdare si le-am pozat aburinde :).
