Paste cu ficat de pui si smantana

O reteta consistenta dar delicioasa. 

Ingrediente:

200g paste de tip tagliatelle sau taietei putin mai lati200g ficat de pui1 ceapa mica1 ou150 ml smantana grasasare, piperputina branza grasa

Punem apa la fiert pentru paste si cand clocoteste adaugam putina sare si pastele. Le fierbem conform timpului de fierbere scris pe punga.  Ceapa o tocam putin mai mare si o punem sa se prajeasca in putin ulei. Adaugam ficatul taiat bucatele si amestecam usor. Lasam cateva minute la foc mic pana se prajeste ficatul apoi adaugam smantana. Amestecam bine si lasam sa dea cateva clocote. Stingem focul si adaugam oul batut putin. Condimentam cu sare si piper. 

Amestecam cu pastele strecurate si servim imediat cu putina branza rasa deasupra ( daca aveti parmezan  ar fi ideal).
