Pata in Chunks
I experimented last weekend on cooking pork pata (hind). I boiled pata slices until very tender. Added 1 can of pineappple chunks, tomato sauce, onions, salt, pepper, soy sauce and seasonings. Boil under medium fire until sauce thickens. Garnished with sliced leeks. It taste great, the tomato sauce and pineapple blended well with the pork. Another yummy cooking experience that everybody loves to taste at home.
