Paula Dean Popovers

OMG! These are amazing! I have never ever had popovers, nor seen them, so I was a bit nervous about making them myself. So I went to the wise Paula Dean of course, cooking guru that she is, and used her super simple recipe for DELICIOUS popovers. They came out wonderful! My only complaint was that some of them quickly deflated after being out of the oven, but some stayed nice and popped and beautiful! I think these would be perfect for a brunch. My son and I had them with butter and syrup since they tasted much like french toast to us. I will make these over and over again!
