Peanut Wagemann
Today I had the absolute pleasure of eating (not once, but twice) a simple yet very satisfying concoction called the Peanut Wagemann.
My guest co-chefs today were Ed W. and a sweetheart named Lucy. She really put herself into the work on the second batch. Alas, I have no pictures to show you but I think you'll pick up on it pretty easily. Ingredients: 1 corn or flour tortillapeanut butter (chunky or, if you'd rather, smoooth)Assembly: Lay your tortilla flat.Cover the inner surface with peanut butter.Fold in half, cut into four equal pieces.EAT! * A variation on this theme was discussed today: half peanut butter, half apple butter and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Doesn't that sound yummy on a cold day? I think so. Source: Ed Wagemann Serves: Optimistically, four people, or two hungry children, or whoever gets to it first. related searches : Peanut
