Ingredients-
corns-1 cupFrozen Peas- 1 cupcarrot- 1 cut into piecesginger- 1 inch- gratedturmeric powder-1/4th teaspooncoriander powder-1 tablespoonred chilli powder- 1 teaspoonSalt- to tastemango powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Method-
Mix ginger and all dry masala powder except mango powder in a lil(2 tablespoons) water and keep aside.heat oil in a pan, when hot add this masala mixture cook for few seconds and add the vegies.sprinkle lil water cover and cook.add mango powder at the end garnish with coriander and serve hot.(you can precook carrot in a microwave for 5 minutes to make it even faster)
