Ingredients250 grams Pistachio 125 grams Semolina 1 kg Sugar½ kg Khoya ½ liter Milk 1 pinch Green color 2 cup Clarified butterSilver paper for garnishMethod Boil pistachio and peel its skin and make paste. Now shred khoya with the help of hand. Take a pan and add pistachio paste, clarified butter and semolina and cook it till it turns into single batter. Now switch off the flame and take milk and put color and pour it in pan and stir it continuously. Then again put on the flame and cook it till all milk dries and clarified butter form a separate layer. Now put sugar and as required in a pan and make syrup. Now add syrup in pan and mix it well.
