Platica marinata cu chermoula

Preparare : 20 min+ 1 h marinat
Gatit: 30 min

-2 platici de aprox 1,5 kg
-2 linguri de ulei de masline (de pus in farfurie)
-2 rosii
Pentru chermoula:
-1 manunchi mic de patrunjel
-1 manunchi mic de coriandru
-3 linguri de ulei de masline
-sucul a 2 lamai
-2 catei mari usturoi
-1 lingurita paprika
-1 lingurita chimen
-3 ciupituri de boia iute
-1/2 lingurita de sare

Curatam pestele de solzi, ii scoatem maruntaiele (capul il pastram), il spalam si il stergem de apa.
Preparam chermoula: Spalam patrunjelul si coriandrul (daca este proaspat) si taiem coditele. Curatam si zdrobim usturoiul intr-un mojar, impreuna cu sarea, paprika, chimenul si boia iute, apoi varsam progresiv uleiul, sucul de lamaie si un pic de apa pana obtinem un piure gros, dar fluid.
Punem platicile intr-un vas. Scurgem 2 treimi din chermoula in interiorul pestelui si acoperim cu restul. Lasam o ora la marinat.
Incalzim cuptorul la 240 grade si ungem cu ulei tava. Taiem rosiile in rondele si le asezam pe tava. Recuperam in totalitate sosul marinat si punem platicile peste rondelele de rosii. Gatim la cuptor timp de 20-30 min. Servim imediat.
