PMOW Soft Pretzel Round Up

Well, July's PMOW participation was a little down, but I think that's due to my reduced posting. Though the bakers were few, the pretzels were many! We used Alton Brown's recipe, which you can find here on the original challenge post. I think everyone was satisfied with their results. I know I've tried other soft pretzel recipes, but this one tops my list.

I'd really love to post August's challenge within the next day or two to give everyone lots of time. What are your thoughts for next month? I'm stuck between homemade BBQ sauce/ketchup and homemade granola bars, but other ideas welcome!
