A simple , different and a healthy dosa..Ingredients:-Thick Poha - 1/4 cupRaw Rice - 3/4 CupSour Curd - 1 cupMethi - 1 spSaltCooking Soda/Eno Fruit Salt - 1 spMix poha, rice, methi, Wash well and soak for 4-6 hrs in sour curd.Grind to fine paste. Add salt, beat well in hands and allow it to ferment for overnight/12 hrs.Just before making dosas, add 1 sp of eno fruit salt. Mix well and make
