Product Review: Health Master Emulsifier---Recipe Contest Time!

By Maman and Gourmand (Visit website)

Remember my little blog post about how orange juice out of the store doesn't taste like the orange juice from tree ripened oranges? Well here is a way to get somewhat closer to the taste. I love fresh juice of all kinds. In fact the only juice I have met that I didn't like so far has been prune juice. When we went to see my MIL in South Carolina she gave us a juicer that her husband had bought awhile ago. So I tried it. Tried being the key word here. It was an absolute nightmare. It didn't have enough torque for even mangoes. Very irritating. So when Mr. UPS man made a delivery to my door today with a box that came up to my knees I thought..hmm...what could this be. Then I saw the words Health Master on the box! Woot! So of course I had to open it up right away. A smile came over my face. It is the largest blender I have ever seen! But really its more than that. Boy I love tools that multi-task. Of course it makes smoothies and power drinks, appetizers, dressings, desserts and ice creams. The Health Master includes several cookbooks. Mr. Williams has endorsed this product and actually features it on his website right here. This is someone I respect. He is currently living with MS and has found ways to combat it through healthy living. The Health Master has a $200 value. But Montel makes it easy for you if you don't win. You can buy it in instalments..and shipping is free! In a couple of days I will show you what I have made....need to get some supplies. Some of my favorite features are the air vent that pops up to relieve pressure, the double saftey locks, and the tamper which helps out with stuck fruit and ice.

So. Do you want it? Would you like it for free? Instead of just giving it I want you to work for it. Okay, give me your best recipe for a smoothie or shake.
Here are the rules (they aren't too bad actually):

1. Think outside of the box.
2. Please email me(mackfamily11@yahoo.com) if you are interested in competing.
3. It must be posted on your blog by May 9th by noon no later and emailed to me with a link once you are done.
4. The Title of the post must say: Maman and Gourmand Smoothie/Shake Recipe Contest!
5. One entry per person so think carefully.
6. Your blog post must include a link to THIS post.
7. You may vote for yourself.
8. Make sure you post the recipe.
9. Open to all countries.
10. The winner must honestly review the product on his/her blog once the Health Master is received and then email me with his/her link to the review on said blog.
At the end of the contest I will post the people who have made their entries. On May 10th I will put up a poll that is open to the public to decide which smoothie or shake they like best. Please only one entry per person. If you have any questions...ask away!
