Product Review ? Pamela?s

Pamela’s sent me two of their new single serving products to review.

I am under no obligation to give a good review. This is my honest opinion.

These brownies are moist with a good texture (no grit) and full of flavour.  The best thing is, they only take a minute to cook!!

I made them in the microwave, following the easy instructions and had a lovely after dinner sweet last night.

I made Pamela’s pancakes for breakfast this morning.  They are light and fluffy (and again no grit!)

Next time I have Pamela’s pancakes (and you can bet I will) I will add less water (I like my batter thick)
