Only one more day to enter my Amazing Grass Giveaway! Ends Monday at 6pm. I?ve taken a few days off from working out. Rest days + gym renovations = time for my body to recover. It was greatly needed, my body once again loves me. Until today. Quick breakfast. 1/2 Whole Wheat English Muffin w/ butter & cinnamon; 1/2 banana Notice, I don?t like to eat a lot before working out ? I get crampy. I had all intentions of a morning spin class, but it was full when I arrived 20 minutes early! FULL! That rarely happens. Bummer. Oh well, I grabbed the iPod and? ellipticalled for 30 stair-milled for 12 lifted (yes, heavy strength training TWICE this week ? record!) for 25 treadmilled (run/walk intervals) for 25 TOTAL CALORIES BURNED: 852 Lovely bones. Lunch was at the Deli Unique. The Deli Unique is part of a restaurant conglomerate in the Detroit area. Every MPRG restaurant I have tried has been nothing less than fun and fab. I met my mom and her two friends there. I deserved some substance after that workout. Energy Turkey Special

These guys were on sale at Trader Joe?s today. I couldn?t resist and haven?t had salmon in quite some time. Salmon Patties: 2 WW points for 1 pattie. 80 cals, 17g protein, 1g fat Doesn?t get much better than that. And it?s WILD salmon. I like how it says ?boneless? ? I found 4 bones, but that?s okay :)
I feel so much better when I make healthy, plentiful dinners. Of course, I couldn?t skip dessert ? what is it with me and dessert lately? At least it?s FroYo Definitely went over my allotment of WW points today. I?m really trying to taper my eating and eat slightly less each day, as to not throw off my metabolism or sugar levels. I think it?s working. Do you eat dessert? If so, what? I?d love to hear your ideas to cater to a nighttime sweet tooth! Time to pack the goods for tomorrow (work clothes, snacks, breakfast, etc.).
