Pui cacciatore

Na bun, cu puiul asta e o istorie lunga dupa cum am vazut pe internet ( asta dupa ce l-am gatit :)). La mine a fost simplu, am vrut sa-i gatesc ceva bun sotului meu si am cumparat o caserola de pulpe de pui... mi-am amintit de reteta asta ( am atatea ca deja le incurc) si am zis hai sa o incerc, doar aveam aproape toate ingrendientele. Foarte bun , mi-a placut sosul in mod deosebit... a si el a fost incantat :) numai ca a adaugat si un chilli :(. 

Asadar avem nevoie de:
aprox 1 kg carne de pui
400 g rosii decojite
2 morcovi
2 catei de usturoi
1 ceapa mare
1/4 telina ( eu nu am pus ca nu am avut)
1 pahar de vin rosu
1/2 ceasca ulei
piper, rozmarin, patrunjel verde

Curatam pulpele de piele ( nu-i obligatoriu) si le prajim in ulei incins pana se rumenesc putin. Adaugam ceapa, usturoiul si morcovii taiati marunt, sare, piper si rozmarin.

Lasam sa se prajeasca inca 5 minute, apoi adaugam vinul rosu si lasam sa se evapore putin. Rosiile le adaugam decojite ( eu le-am crestat putin si le-am oparit 2 minute, apoi le-am decojit).

Mai lasam sa fiarba 30 de minute , cu capac la foc mic. Daca scade zeama prea mult adaugam putina apa ( eu am pus putin sos de rosii ). Gustam carnea si daca s-a fiert  adaugam patrunjel verde tocat si servim cu mamaliguta sau piure de cartofi.
