Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pies

After seeing She?s Becoming Domestic?s Pumpkin Bites last month, I knew I had to have them ? immediately! I made a batch for a work function a few days later and they were a hit! Soft, moist and sweeter than pumpkin pie.
