Pumpkin & White Chocolate Brownies - Recipe
![]() ![]() Pumpkin & White Chocolate Brownies Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, room temperature 1 cup sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground allspice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 1 large egg, room temperature 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 3/4 cup all purpose flour 2/3 cup white chocolate chips Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish. 2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. 3. Beat in the egg, vanilla and pumpkin puree until combined. 4. Sift flour and spices in a separate bowl. 5. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients by hand. Stir until combined. Do not over mix. 6. Lightly toss white chocolate chips with flour. Fold chocolate chips into batter until evenly distributed. 7. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the brownies are cooked. Insert toothpick to see if it comes out clean. It will be very moist and tender. Don't over bake them. Allow to cool before slicing. 9.
