Quick Weekend Recap
I've been really busy this weekend, so I haven't had much time for blogging! I'm just going to do a quick "list" recap for you all. I'll get back to my normal blogging schedule tonight. Friday Breakfast: ![]() ![]() Lunch: Lettuce wraps and fruit salad- big romaine lettuce leaves filled with chickpeas, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and hummus. The fruit salad with a mixture of pineapple, black and red grapes. ![]() ![]() Dinner: (No pic) Stacia came down and we ordered pizza from Dominoes and played the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire boardgame. I had one slice of pepperoni and one slice of mushroom & green pepper. Saturday Breakfast: An "on-the-go" breakfast of leftover mushroom and green pepper pizza. I also had some grapes (not pictured).
Lunch: (No pic) Dinner:
Sunday Breakfast: ![]() Lunch: I was pretty lazy yesterday, so I decided for lunch I would make a Lean Cuisine Panini that I'd bought the other day. I had the chicken, mushroom and spinach one. My review: very good! It truly is amazing how crispy the bread gets just from cooking it in the microwave. This is a good meal for busy days. ![]() On the side I had a small ceasar salad made with some low-calorie ceasar dressing I'd picked up after church in the dollar section of our grocery store. Very yummy! I love ceasar salads.
