Chappathi made with ragi - indeed a healthy one..A good healthy combo..Tastes almost the same too...Try this simple recipe...
Ingredients:
Ragi flour:1 cup
Wheat flour:1/4 cup
Water:1 cup
Oil:3 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Take a big bowl and mix together the ragi flour along with wheat flour...
Knead the flours with the oil and hot water along with the salt..
Make it in to a smooth dough and make small balls out of the dough...
Roll them in to patties....
You may use ghee if you want or oil while putting it on the pan..
Keep a pan on medium heat and put the rolled patty on the pan and flip over when one side is done....
Ragi chappathi or roti is ready...
