Rajma Masala Curry :
Eating Kidney beans is Ideal Food Related to Health Concerns It Goes well with Chapati or Steamed Rice . I Always make Curry with Rajma , i like My version of doing this Curry With Rajma . you can also Use Canned Kidney Beans/Rajma as well To Prepare this Curry But Generally I use Fresh Kidney Beans instead of Frozen and Pressure Cook them until its cooked Then i start Preparing curry once everything is ready with Rajma and Potatoes If The Kidney Beans are Cooked and Potatoes are Boiled enough Then Maximum Time to Prepare This Rajma Masala Curry is 15 min . Ingredients: Rajma/Kidney Beans- 1 Cup,Potatoes-3 Boiled and Mashed ,Onions-2 Finely Chopped,Green Chillies-1 Chopped finely,Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder -1/2 Tsp,Salt-To Taste,Red Chilly Powder- 1 1/2 Tsp,Chat Masala Powder- 1 1/2 Tsp,Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Tsp,Tomatoes-2 Method To Prepare: In a Pan Add Oil , Add Green chillies,Onions Let them Fry until Light brown in color.Add Tomato Pieces to it ,Let the Toms Cook Properly Add Ginger -Garlic Paste With addition of Turmeric Now Time To add our Main Ingredient Rajma/Kidney Beans and Mashed Potato Let it Cook for a while . Add Red Chilly Powder and Cook with a Lid on it Now You can see Gravy Consistency in the Curry Add Amchur Powder and Salt and add Chat Masla Powder . Garnish with Cilantro. Its done . Ready To Serve With Roti/Steamed Rice . Tips:you could add a great taste to it by adding one spoon of Garam Masala which is a special blend of mixed spices...But it's just as great without it!"
