Recipe for Garlic Powder
This is another powder, that can be had both as a side dish and can also be mixed in rice.
Ingredients: Garlic - 1 Channa Dal - 1/4 cup Ground Nuts - 1/4 cup Red Chilly - 6 nos Salt to taste Method: Dry roast Channa Dal and Ground Nut in a shallow pan or microwave it for 30 seconds. Roast the Red Chilly. Remove the hot pan from fire and add peeled garlic pods to it. When everything is cool, grind them to a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container. Can also be stored in freezer in a ziplock cover. Note: This powder can be added to hot rice along with ghee. Lactating mothers can have this powder along with rice. related searches : Recipe
