Richter roll mops pickled herring

Richter Rollmops What is not to love about a perfect herring fillet wrapped around a pickle?  It's genius!   Don't forget to add pickled beetroot and potato salad to the plate for a perfect lunch.  Ingredients: herring, vinegar, cucumber, onion, sugar, salt, spices.
