Round-up of MEC(Microwave Easy Cooking):Combo Meal

Hi friends, I'm here with the round-up of MEC(microwave Easy Cooking), based on theme Combo Meal..But I'm sorry to say that I didn't get that much response from my fellow bloggers on this event. I think not much people havn't cooked in microwave this month or may be there are many people like me out there who have fear of cooking in MW. Hope with this event and round-up, I would be able to help few people to overcome that fear. I'm telling this for sure as this happened with me. I've overcome that fear and for my surprise I've prepared one dish without any recipe and tried lots of recipes from MW cookbooks and succeeded.
As the theme was Combo Meal, I've asked to prepare A combo of 3 dishes, one main dish, One side dish and a dessert. Few of my fellow bloggers has sent me their colorful spreads of yummy dishes and I thank them from bottom of my heart and a sincere thanks to Srivalli for giving me the opportunity to host her event. So friends....this is it....I'm going to try all these yummy dishes and you too try these out and after this event, I can also tell that I can cook in microwave. Hope these recipes will help lots of people who has fear to cook in MW....
