Sabut moong dal kai samosae

Sabut moong dal kai samosae



Ingredients
250 gm Yellow lentils
15-20 Somosa strips
2 Chopped onions
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp All spice powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
½ bunch Coriander
3-4 Green chilies
Oil for frying
Salt as required
Directions
Wash the yellow lentils and soak overnight. Sieve and dry. Heat a pan and add the lentils along with the black pepper powder, red chili powder, all spice powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder.


Cook for 3-4 minutes then adds some water. When the lentils dry turn the flame off and allow cooling.
Now spread this mixture onto each somosa strip.Heat oil in a deep skillet.Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
