Sago fritters (Sabudana vada)
Ingredients
Sago (Sabudana) - 1 cupPotato - 1 Green chillies - 3 Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - a few Coriander leaves - a few Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Method Soak sago for 2 hours in warm water. Drain and wash. Dry on kitchen tissue for 1 hour. Cut potatoes into 8 pieces and microwave for 8 minutes. Cool and mash potatoes. Add sago, finely chopped chillies, curry and coriander leaves and all other ingredients. Flatten and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with chutney or sauce. related searches : Sago
