Salmon with blueberry-mango salsa
A great, light summer meal. I found this recipe in my fitness magazine and made it right away. It was nice and light, while full of flavor. Great meals don’t have to ruin your diet! I loved the use of the seasonal fruits here and the combined flavors were perfect! ENJOY!
