Salmon with side salad
![]() Just about 5 minutes, is all it takes for this snappy salmon salad to be done! VERY HEALTHY, and a reasonable amount to make you feel good and energized. This particular "fatty" fish, contains the healthy omega-3 fats. Omega-3 fats has been known to reduce inflammation, and benefit the heart of healthy people. Also, a 4 oz serving of salmon has the daily requirement of Vitamin D. The dressing I used in this recipe contains NO CALORIES! Yes it's amazing... so check out their website with other products as well. Recipe: for 1 serving About 4 oz fillet of salmon 1 cup spinach 1/2 cup baby carrots 1/2 cup chick peas 1/4 cup edamane 2 tablespoons of peas about 2 wedges of avocado 1 tablespoon of walnuts 1 teaspoon of worchestire sauce (optional) 2 tablespoons of honey-dijon walden farms NO CALORIE dressing!Directions: Place salmon and the salad ingredients in a frying pan. Drizzle the dressing over the salmon. Add the worchestire sauce over the spinach. All of the ingredients can fit into the pan at once. I separated the spinach from the vegetables though, so it would cook faster. Separate ingredients on what you prefer. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes. ( I like my salmon pretty much raw...so cook it longer if you like it more well done.) DONE! NOW ENJOY :)![]() related searches : Salmon
