Sassy Water!!
{Status Update for the "Flat Belly Diet" : Day 3}.... So far so good! I admit it is hard to commit to any diet. I find myself yearning for that cookie or bag of chips, but I am able to control my urges. It makes it easier to continue with this diet when I see immediate results! After just two days I am already down 2.6 pounds!! ______________________________________________________ One thing that was hard for me in the beginning was giving up my DIET SODA!! It was a staple in my every-day life, my sweet escape, if you must. The beginning of this diet calls for an Anti-Bloat Jump Start and one thing you must do is drink 2 quarts of "Sassy Water" each day. It's actually really tasty and consists of fresh ingredients that you prepare nightly and let marinade for the following day. Ingredients: 1 Medium Lemon Sliced 1 Medium Cucumber Sliced 12 small spearmint leaves 1 tsp fresh grated ginger 2 quarts water Throw everything into your pitcher of water and in to the fridge it goes. You drink a glass with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and one or two in between. It's simple, and tastes great.
