Sausage with Peppers and Onions

Fall is upon us, which makes me think of boots and pumpkins and sausage and beer. Hmm, I thought a lot about beer this summer too... I guess I am a quarter German so that's expected and allowed.

Peppers and onions and mushrooms and garlic...


Mild Italian sausage...


Sauteed in beer and served with spicy mustard...
