I got to go to the farmers market yesterday with Rebecca and restocked. So tonight that meant all sorts of yummy fresh stuff including beets (three different kinds: red, gold and chiogga), a big salad of fresh arugula with avocado, carrots, cucumber, kohlrabi, tomato and green onions, topped with basil ranch dressing, and fresh lamb sausages fried together with a diced fennel bulb, garlic shoots, a red spring onion bulb and a little mint. For dessert, a couple fleur de sel chocolate caramels from Barlovento.
