Sauted Pork and Brocolli
Joey’s another food experiment. Ingredients: 4 small head fresh brocolli, chopped 2 pcs. pork belly (liempo), sliced into smaller pieces 2 medium sized onion, chopped 5 pcs. of garlic, minced 1 medium sized carrots, sliced 3 pcs. finger chilies How to cook: Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until golden brown. Add the pork and in a slow fire, cook the pork until the skin is crispy. Add the carrots. Add a cup and a half of water, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer for 3 minutes and then add the brocolli. Simmer for 2 minutes and then add the chili fingers. Simmer for a minute, cover the pan and turn off the heat. Serve hot and enjoy eating!
