Sautéed okra
INGREDIENTS: Ghee:2tbs Red onion:1big, sliced lengthwise Green chillies:2,sliced lengthwise Fresh medium sized Okra:250gm,washed,trimmed, quartered&then sliced Kashmiri chili powder:1/2tsp-3/4tsp Turmeric powder:1/4tsp Garam masala powder:1/4tsp Salt,to taste METHOD: Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan/kadai. Add onion,green chillies,okra,spice powders and enough salt. Mix well&cook covered until the okra is soft and tender,stirring every minute Serve hot with rice. related searches : Sauteed
