Schedule
Today was jam packed with the last bits of orientation. At the end of the day we got our schedule that we start tomorrow and will follow for the next six weeks of class! We also got another bag of books and our kits :)
I have homework to do to prep for tomorrow's two classes so this is going to be quick...Ended up going to zumba last night and had a blast but felt really uncoordinated! Definitely feeling it in my inner thighs today. No time for a work-out today but will try for tomorrow...they have spinning tomorrow! I'm also foreseeing a run from my required dinner at banquets across campus to my car to make it to the dentist....ya that tooth from a few months back...its not good at all! Breakfast: Overnight oats (5 grain blend) with apple, cinnamon, ground flax, and butter toffee pb. Lunch: I chose a floral tea....its so pretty! Bread: I chose a slice of whole grain, which I ate all of. 1st course: Prosciutto with grapefruit and a port wine reduction. Sounds strange, pretty good altogther. Entree: Roast beef with au jus; roasted carrots, haricot verts, and parsnips; and a twice baked potato. The au just was amazing. Dessert: Tapioca pudding with mixed berries topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Yummy, but I just was trying to get the berries.... Dinner: I'm going to be lazy and post the sign we saw as we walked in! Sorry! After the next few days I'll figure out how to best get my posts up, please bear with me until then! Also, do you all want to know how much I'm eating of these meals? I'm eating fairly small portions of them to be honest, but haven't been feeling that hungry. I'm guessing its either due to fairly rich foods or that I haven't run since Sunday. Anyway, please let me know how you would most like it. Randomness of the Day:
