First, let me say thanks so much for the nice comments about my wedding pics! Really appreciate them :) It was a great day, and wow the time flies!



So today I have a pretty packed day- I had a Dr's appt this morning before work and then I'm working until 10pm. So I knew that if I wanted to get a workout in, it needed to be done before the Dr.



I'd been wanting to try this sculpting class at the gym at 5:45am so today I finally went. I used to be at the gym at 5:30am but now with my schedule I don't really have to work out that early, so this was ROUGH!



When I got to my normally desolate gym, there were lots of cars in the parking lot. I came in and saw all of these girls doing sprints on the treadmill, covered in sweat. I asked the person leading the sprinting what was up.



She said that at 5am before the scultping class, she leads an unofficial 1 hour cardio session. The sculpting was great, but there was no cardio so I really wished I was there earlier! Now I know!

They do this Tues and Friday.



Not sure if really want to wake up 7 hours before I need to leave for work to go to the gym, but I'm tempted to see if I can. As of now I'm planning on going on Friday. I'll keep you posted!



I don't really have many food pics of late. My meals have been on the go and UGLY. Or they've been baked oatmeal. :)



This morning I had Baked oatmeal, lots o'coffee and then for lunch I tried a canned soup.



I'm soooo thirsty now b/c I guess it has a lot of salt, but it was pretty tasty and added bulk to my meal for not a lot of calories.



Lunch today was veggie soup, a veggie burger on a sandwich thin w/cheese, lettuce and ketchup and mustard, a clementine and a ff dark chocolate pudding. Lots of pre packaged things...even my fruit comes in its own handy packaging. All in all still on the healthy side of things.
