Espresso martini, the perfect cocktail for coffee lovers
Discover a new way to enjoy coffee with this ultra-elegant cocktail: the Espresso Martini! And yes, beyond flavoring cakes, mousses or the famous tiramisu, we can also use coffee in cocktails :-) And if you were wondering, this cocktail does not contain a drop of Martini, its name is solely due to the glass used. - Cocktail glass
Preparation
Prepare a cup of espresso.
In a shaker, pour the vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup and espresso.
Add about ten ice cubes and shake for about 15 seconds.
Filter the cocktail through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Decorate the cocktail with coffee beans.
And there you have it, your Espresso Martini is ready!

This cocktail was named so because of the type of glass used, the martini glass, rather than including Martini in the recipe.
Can this cocktail be made with other spirits?
Vodka is used for its neutrality which allows the coffee flavors to stand out. But you can try with other spirits, like gin for example!
