Shrimp and Fish Balls is the simplest of all Chinese recipe, and this is high-end street food. So do not expect to do at home.

- Finely mince shrimp and fish.
- Combine thoroughly with remaining ingredients.
- Shape into 1 1/2″ (4cm) balls. Wet fingers to keep meat from sticking. (Note: use a 1/2 tablespoon measuring spoon to make sure you’ve got balls of pretty much the same size.)
- Deep fry in 350F (175C) oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove and drain.
- Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
