Simple and Healthy Asian Coleslaw
This dish is so easy, healthy, and full of flavor. I topped my salad with a few potstickers from Trader Joe's for a complete meal - yum! If you don't have a Trader Joe's nearby, then top yours with grilled chicken. Asian Coleslaw (makes 2 large servings or 4 side dish size servings) -2 cups green cabbage, sliced thin -1 carrot, sliced thin -1/2 a cucumber, sliced thin -1/2 a green pepper, sliced thin -3 tablespoons honey (microwave it so that it is easier to stir) -1 tablespoon sesame oil-1/3 cup soy sauce -3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar-1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds 1. Mix the dressing (honey through sesame seeds) in a large bowl and toss in all the cut veggies. Toss all to combine ad refrigerate for an hour before serving. So easy!
