Smoked Salmon Pizza Recipes

This is one of famous Oil Millionaire Smoked Salmon Pizza Recipe


Ingredients

1 pre-baked, hot pizza shell
½ cup jalapeno/cilantro cream*
4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
2 tablespoon seeded and cut (1/4 inch diced) fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon golden caviar
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives

Procedure to make Smoked Salmon Pizza Recipe

Make up the pizza layering the ingredients in the above order.


*Jalapeno/Cilantro Cream:

Yield: approximately 1 quart

½ cup fresh chopped jalapenos

½ finely chopped cilantro leaves

1 quart sour cream

2-3 tablespoons heavy cream (optional)


Method:

Combine all of the above ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Add the heavy cream to thin down if necessary.
