Solitairy Confinement

By Consider This! (Visit website)

I'm developing quite the habit over here in unemployment.
Solitaire XL. Now, I haven't quite figured out the "XL" part, but I am nearing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and I don't plan on stopping either. It all started with a harmless "App" on my Iphone, which led to unfortunate run in's with stationary objects. Then, I needed bigger, better, more exciting. This is where it gets ugly. I searched for a Mac-compatible game, and it's all downhill from there. Seriously, I can't stop. I've even had to stop typing to draw another card, I just can't stand it lurking on the bottom of my screen! I just did it!

Anyways, in other healthy obsession news: I enjoyed a marvelous early Yoga session this morning. I truly think my "sleepyness" works to my advantage sometimes. My mind hasn't yet been able to fill itself with unnecessary garbage, leaving more space for freedom in my practice. I can truly escape, and inhabit my flow during the morning hours, leaving me ready and able to approach my day. I worked up a fantastic sweat this morning, and left drenched!
It's these days where I can really step out of myself and into my breath that take it over the top!
This morning I focused myself on "Courage" . Seeing as I will soon be embarking on a life changing journey, it was only fitting. I also used this for a challenge in my practice, to sustain, and push through some barriers that I have put up.
I really worked my way into each posture, holding with integrity I worked on containing my energy and deepening the experience. I was able to get deep into my twists this morning, and had such a cleansing practice when all was said and done.

In loving spirit, I treated myself to a Mani/Pedi after class. I really went for it today, dawning some bright pink digits! It's actually quite a fun change, I gave the girl a few and she chose for me. The shade she chose is called "No bounderies" Love it.

When I came home I was starved, and went for a trusty combo, same as yesterdays using some extra Pepp's for good measure.
Hummus, Cilantro and Roasted Veg
Wrapped and Grilled

I was really in the mood for an apple, but all I could find was a Nectarine. Harmless enough, so I washed him good and brought him along.
Crunchy Nepple

This guy was wildly underipe, so I pretended it was a Nectarine flavored Apple and crunched away. You bet I did.

Hope you all are having a nice Friday, Catch ya later!
