Some Mango Dessert I Like To Make
Heat 1 1/4 cup of milk (could be low fat or non-fat) in low heat and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Whisk them together till well-blended. Pour in 90 grams of gulaman powder (I used a pack of Alsa Crystal Clear Gulaman) and whisk continuously over low heat. Put some crushed almonds in (you can use any nut of your choice–about a handful will do) and a fruit of your choice (I used mangoes, although you can also add some bits of peaches if you wish). Stir lightly and pour in a pan. Leave to cool. In blender, combine 2 tablespoons of butter and a cup of graham crackers. Put on top of the gulaman cooling in the pan, and make sure it’s compact. Invert the pan over a plate after 20 to 30 minutes. Slice and serve. You can chill it before serving, if you want. Great on a hot day.
