SORRAKKAI KOOTUIngredients:sorrakkai (cut into small cubes) - 2 cupsonion - 1 (sliced)curry leaves - 10 - 12mustard seeds - 1 tspoil - 2 tbspsalt to tastemoong dal - 1 hand ful to grind:coconut - grated - 2 tbspgreen chillies - 2cumin seeds - 1/2 tspMethod:- in a pan add oil- add mustard seeds and curry leaves- when they splutter, add onions and sorrakkai and mix well- when they are fried for 2
