Soy Vs. Regular Vs. Greek Yogurt (Video Blog)

Do you like yogurt?

Do you ever have a hard time choosing the best kind/type/brand?

Check out the video below to learn about three different types of yogurt; Soy, Regular, and Greek. They can each provide some positive and negative qualities and can fit into any healthy diet!





I'd like to add to what I said in this video by including that regular 2% cow's milk yogurt will provide more WHEY protein (fast protein), which is good to consume right after a workout (although milk might be a tad better). The Greek yogurt has had the whey drained off, therefore it's mainly casein (slow protein), which is best to consume before bed so it can slowly feed your muscles throughout the evening!
