Soya + Peas Rice

When you come home with tiring in the evening you may be wondering what to cook for the dinner today... Here is the receipe which is too easy and also very healthy. You know you can use the rice which is left over in the fridge or in the morning stuff. As you all know Soya is very much good for health. But making a soya curry is a bit time consuming. So, i invent this receipe which is easy and healthy too. Just try, you may love it :)

Ingridents:
1 cup Rice ( Cooked)1 cup Soya ( Fried)1/2 cup peas 2 tsp Mourie2tsp Udit Daal5 to 6 Garlic Flakes3 to 4 Green Mirchi1" GingerFew Curry LeavesCoriander leavesOilSalt to Taste

Time Required: 20 Mins

Direction:

Cook the rice in pressure cooker and keep it aside. Soak the Soya chunks for 15 mins in warm water. Then squeeze it nicely and deep fry them in oil and keep it aside. ( Or instead of deep fry you can roast them in microwave without oil also.)

In a thick pan, heat the oil put the mourie and udit daal and allow them to splutter. Put the curry leaves, put the mixture of ginger, mirchi and garlic paste & salt on it and fry it for 3 mins. Then add the cooked rice fried soya & peas and mix well. Garnish with coriander.

Your Soya peas rice is ready for dinner :)

Serving: Serve hot with sauce or Rasam.
