1 kg Rice (Boil)½ kg Chicken ½ kg Potato (fried) ¼ kg Yogurt¼ kg Tomato 1 bunch Fresh coriander 1 bunch Mint10 Green chilies ½ tsp Saffron50 gm Plum 1 tbsp All spices 4 Star anise 2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp All spices powder 2 tsp Red chili powder 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste¼ kg Onion ½ tsp Food color 2 tsp Kevra2 Lemon 1 cup Oil
Directions Mix yogurt and all spices. Take a pan, heat oil and fry onion in it till golden. Add chicken with the mixture and cook till meat tender.Add potatoes, green coriander, mint, tomato, and plum. Now add rice with solution of food color and kevra, and cover.
