Spicy BreadToast with Gram Flour

Ingredients:

Bread Slices
4

Besan Flour / Gram Flour
2 tbs

Corn Flour
1 tbs

Red Chilly Powder
1 tes

Garam Masala
1 tes

Green Chilly
1

Curry Leaves
Handful

Onion
1

Coriander Leaves
Handful

Salt
To Taste

 Procedure:
 1. Take a wide bowl and put gram flour, corn flour, red chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix them well.
 2. Then add the chopped green chilly, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves and chopped onion.
 3. Mix all the ingredients together well by adding little water, so that the mixture consistency becomes like idly batter consistency.
 4. Dip both sides of the bread into the mixture.
5. Heat the tawa and pour one tea spoon of  butter.
6. When butter starts melting, toast the bread slices on both sides with medium flame.  I have taken this recipe from a cooking show by Revathi Sankaran.



    Serve it hot with Tomato sauce.
