I was just trying to clear up the left overs of remaining fresh vegetables and tofu from my refrigerator at the end of the week. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I bought a huge cabbage, and I could actually cook a variety of cabbage dish for a continuous of few days to finish up.So I have prepared some 250 gm of shredded cabbage for the 2 of us.
