Spicy Chicken Meat Balls Rice Ingredients For chicken balls ½ kg Chicken breast1 Egg 1 tsp |Garlic paste 1 tbsp White pepper powder ½ tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Chinese salt ½ tsp Baking powder Salt to taste Ingredients For Rice ½ kg Sela rice1 Onion 5 Green cardamoms 5 Cloves 2 cup Chicken stock 2-3 Cinnamon leaves 250 gm Yogurt 1 tsp Crushed black pepper 1 tsp Crushed red chili powder 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 6 tbsp Oil Coriander for garnishing Salt to taste Method For chicken balls: Chop ½kg chicken minced, 1tbsp white pepper, ½tsp black pepper, ½tsp Chinese salt, ½tsp baking powder, 1egg and salt to taste in chopper properly. Now make the small balls and put it into the boiled water and take out after 5 minutes. Chicken balls are ready.For rice: Strain ½kg rice properly. Now in a skillet heat 6tbsp oil and fry 1 onion in it. Then add 2-3 leaves of cinnamon, 5 cloves and 5 green cardamoms and fry it. Now put the chicken balls and simmer it for 4-5minutes. Then add 250g yogurt, 1tsp crushed black pepper, salt to taste and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, simmer it properly to float the oil on top. After this add chicken stock and rice, fry it to raise the rice and dry the water. In the end put it on rice for garnishing with as required coriander.
