SPINACH CHUTNEY / PASALAI KEERAI MASIYAL
INGREDIENTS : Spinach - 6 bunches Garlic cloves - 5 Pearl Onions - 10 Mustard and Urat dal -- 1 tsp each Red chillies - 3 Tomato - 1 medium Salt to taste METHOD OF PREPARATION : 1 ) Heat pan .Add cleaned and washed spinach , sprinkle little water and cover with a lid . Cook till done and keep aside. 2)Meanwhile , heat a pan . Add a spoon of oil , once hot , add chopped tomato,garlic and red chillies and saute till tender. 3)Once done , allow it to cool and keep aside. 4)Then , grind spinach with this mixture and little salt .Add very less water. 5) Temper it with Mustard , Urat dal , Red Chillies and Onion . Serve hot with Rice / Roti / Idli /Dosa . related searches : Spinach
