Spinach Soup
Spinach Soup Serves: 4 Ingredients Spinach ? 200 gm Onion 50 gm Celery- 20 gm Leek- 20 gm Ginger garlic paste, a pinch Cucumber 100 gm Clear Vegetable stock - 500 ml Butter 20 gm Cream to garnish - 2 tablespoon Method In a frying pan, heat butter and saute garlic - ginger paste, celery, leek and onion. Saute the spinach and the cucumber slices separately, add pepper and salt seasoning, pour in the stock into the sauteed stuff and boil for half an hour. Mash in a blender, sieve and reheat it. Garnish with cream and serve hot. Tip: Instead of spinach, you can use carrot, broccoli, green peas or cauliflower and make the soup the same way
