with beets and a slice of rye bread and tahini on the side.I actually went to a spin lesson tonight! That is the first time since December when I hurt my back! I loved every second of the 45 minute lesson and can't wait to go back for more! My back is a little sore but nothing to bad whoop whoop! When I got home I refueled with a raspberry chocolate protein smoothie soup and pumpkin seeds.I'm thinking of getting up early and going to the gym in the morn but I might catch up on some more sleep. I don't have to work till 11am so who knows!? Questions? Do you work a 9 till 5 or shifts? I do shifts usually but from the 23rd I'm going to be doing 5 days a week 9-5.30, boring! More money though I suppose! Whats your idea of the perfect workout? Mine has to be a good hour of kickboxing, I love it and am hopefully having a private lesson this coming Thursday!
